Jeremiah Johnson of Papa Buck’s BBQ and Scrap Scarboro of Boneyard BBQ pooled their talents to compete in the 26th Annual Bloomin’ Festival’s barbecue cook-off in Metter this past weekend.

The two had to prepare wings, butts, ribs, and something sweet. Their combined effort won them first place in wings.

Judging the wings were officers from Candler County Sheriff’s Office, Metter Police Department, the Georgia Forestry Commission, and the Georgia State Patrol.
