The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing 1.00 acre, fronting on the Eastern side of Wyatt Circle as shown on a plat of survey dated April 14, 1983, made by Walter K.
