Eugene C. Faller, 90

   Funeral mass for Eugene C. Faller, 90, of Bowling Green, Kentucky were held Monday, March 11, 2019 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. The family chose cremation with a private service and military honors at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. He died Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green.

Mr. Eugene C. Faller was retired vice president of purchasing at Fruit of the Loom in Bowling Green. He was an active member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and was a Minister of Care, a Eucharistic Minister, member of the Knights of Columbus, Faithful Navigator 4th Degree, American Legion, and was a volunteer for St. Vincent DePaul. He drove the veterans to the V.A. Hospital in Nashville and was a past member of the Rotary Club International. Faller was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U. S. Army as a second lieutenant. He was a loving and much beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, J. Harry and Marie Stock Faller; brother, James Faller; and daughter-in-law, Lynn Faller.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Gladys M. Linneman Faller; four sons, Thomas Faller of Lawrenceville, David Faller of Madison, Wisconsin, Daniel (Susan) Faller of Bowling Green, and Andy (Donna) Faller of Glasgow, Kentucky; two daughters, Barb (Andy) Moore of Swainsboro and Ann Marie Faller of Bowling Green; seven wonderful grandchildren, Chris (Darlene) Moore, Joseph (Jana) Moore, Katelyn Moore, Heather (Brock) Craddock, Brandon Faller, Casey Faller, and Cory (Murphy) Faller, and step-grandson Matthew (Krystal) Newhart; seven wonderful great-grandchildren, Ashton, Collin, Iiran, Eliaas, and Rigg Moore and Cambri and Nora Craddock; and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements were by J.C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel of Bowling Green.
