COTW: Diane Lee

This week’s Cook of the Week is Diane Lee of Garfield. Born in Cherry Point, North Carolina, she and her family moved to Twin City after her father retired from the Marine Corps. Diane attended and graduated from ECI, where she met her high school sweetheart and husband of 40 years, Dwain. Together, they have two adult children, Cade and Johnna. Diane is a certified Georgia Master Florist and has been a floral designer for more than 40 years. She is also a volunteer for Red Cross and the Jenkins County K911 Rescue. Besides designing flowers, Diane also enjoys gardening, fishing, and raising chickens and peafowl. Here are three recipes she would like to…
