Advanced Metal Components donates to Emanuel County Schools

Advanced Metal Components in Swainsboro recently donated metal to the Ag Mechanics classes at both Emanuel County Institute and Swainsboro High School.

The metal was pre-cut by AMC into pieces that form a small toolbox. Students in the Ag Mechanics classes will work to weld the toolbox together. Once students complete the process of welding, students in Engineering & Technology classes will inspect the toolboxes using the blueprint drawings to ensure they are built accurately.
