SHS FBLA attends Fall Leadership Conference

The Swainsboro High School chapter of Future Business Leaders of America attended the Georgia FBLA Fall Leadership Conference on November 7 and November 8 in Athens.
Twenty-eight members attended the conference and participated in leadership training tracks provided by TRI Leadership, a premiere student training organization. Among the leadership tracks offered were Speaking and Presentation Skills, Entrepreneurship, Career Success, Mastering Officership, Community Service, Public Relations, Leadership Essentials, and Business Management.
Members attending the conference were also entertained and inspired during the opening ceremonies by Patrick Grady, a great motivational speaker. His humorous, educational, and interactive message was enjoyed by members and advisers.
Abby English had this to say about the conference, “FBLA provides its members so many opportunities for leadership training, networking, and fun activities. Fall Leadership Conference was awesome!”
