GBI announces promotion of Alford as assistant special agent in charge

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) announces the promotion of Joshua Alford as assistant special agent in charge (ASAC) of the GBI Region 12 office in Eastman, Dodge County.

ASAC Alford will be responsible for overseeing office operations and the supervision of the special agents assigned to the Region 12 office. ASAC Alford will assist with overseeing operations of the office and supervise agents who respond to requests for assistance from local law enforcement officials to investigate major crimes such as homicide, rape, child abuse, armed robbery, fraud, and other felonies.
