EGSC FESA Program holds annual Advisory Council meeting

On Thursday, October 28, 2018, the Fire and Emergency Services Administration Program at East Georgia State College hosted its fourth annual FESA Advisory Council meeting, held at the Sudie A. Fulford Community Learning Center on EGSC’s Swainsboro campus.
Participants were updated on the states of both the bachelor’s and associate programs in Fire and Emergency Services Administration (FESA), as well as the availability of new scholarships for the program. Battalion Chief Merritt Kearns presented an overview of the recent training workshop “Saving Those That Save Others,” which addressed behavioral health in fire and emergency services.
