The Findings of Fact and Order of Disposition made at the Provisional Hearing will become final at the Final Hearing unless the party served by publication appears at the Final Hearing. If the party served by publication fails to appear at the Final Hearing on the petition, the Findings of Fact and Interlocutory Orders made will become final without further evidence and will be governed by the Juvenile Court Code as if made at the Final Hearing. If the party served by publication appears at the Final Hearing , the Interlocutory findings and Orders shall be vacated and discharged, and the hearings shall proceed upon the allegations of the motion.

The parties notified hereby are entitled to legal counsel in the proceedings, and the Court will appoint legal counsel if any party should be unable, without undue hardship, to employ counsel.

If the judgment terminates your parental rights, you will no longer have any rights to your child. This means that you will not have the rights to visit, contact, or have custody of your child or make any decisions affecting your child or your child’s earnings or property. Your child will be legally freed to be adopted by someone else. Even if your parental rights are terminated: (1) You will still be responsible for providing financial support (child support payments) for your child’s care unless and until your child is adopted; and (2) Your child can still inherit from you unless and until your child is adopted.

This is a very serious mater. You should contact an attorney immediately so that you can be prepared for the court hearing. You have the right to hire an attorney and to have him or her represent you. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE

WHEREAS, heretofore on May 17, 2011, MICKEY E. REEVES and SUE H. REEVES did execute and deliver to RUTH H. HUTCHESON of the State of Georgia, a Deed to Secure Debt conveying the land described in Schedule “A” below; and,

WHEREAS, said Deed to Secure Debt was executed to secure a Note of even date therewith in the original amount of FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN AND NO/100 ($48,787.00) DOLLARS together with all other indebtedness of the Borrowers to the Lender then due or that might thereafter become due, or thereafter contracted, including any renewals thereof which was or would be evidenced by the Note or Notes from MICKEY E. WHEREAS, said Note and Deed to Secure Debt as described therein, which were due and payable in monthly installments are past due and Mickey E. Reeves has been notified that the mortgage is in default and that the lender(s) therein has elected to accelerate payment of said Note;  and, 

WHEREAS, notice has been given to Mickey E. Reeves as required by O.C.G.A. 44-14-162 through 44-14-163.4 (MICHIE 1982).

The Findings of Fact and Order of Disposition made at the Provisional Hearing will become final at the Final Hearing unless the party served by publication appears at the Final Hearing.  If the party served by publication fails to appear at the Final Hearing on the petition, the Findings of Fact and Interlocutory Orders made will become final without further evidence and will be governed by the Juvenile Court Code as if made at the Final Hearing.  If the party served by publication appears at the Final Hearing, the Interlocutory findings and Orders shall be vacated and disregarded, and the hearing shall proceed upon the allegations of the motion.

The parties notified hereby are entitled to legal counsel in the proceedings, and the Court will appoint legal counsel if any party should be unable, without undue hardship, to employ counsel.
