Minor injures reported in two Highway 121 crashes

   On Saturday July 29, a vehicle operating northbound on Highway 121 drifted off road after the driver over compensated and lost control of the vehicle. As a result, the Honda SUV went off road and struck some trees at the wood line. One occupant received minor injury and was treated and released by EMS. Twin City Fire, Emanuel EMS, and Emanuel County Sheriff’s deputies responded. Georgia State Patrol investigated the crash.

   Shortly after 1 p.m. on Monday July 30, a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 121 and US Highway 80 East. Two occupants of a Buick Regal were transported to Emanuel Medical Center by EMS. The operator the Ford F250 pickup was uninjured in the crash. Twin City Fire, Emanuel EMS, and and Emanuel County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene.
