Hot dog party caps off Summer Reading Program

   What better way to end a month of hard work than with good food? Thanks to the Swainsboro Kiwanis Club, more than 100 children and parents were served at Franklin Memorial Library’s annual end of summer party. In doing so, 13 Kiwanians manned grills and serving tables so that participants could enjoy hot dogs, potato chips, cookies, and lemonade.
