Twin View Health and Rehab, a member of the Mission Health family of healthcare communities, is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the 2018 Silver Achievement in Quality Award as part of the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living’s (AHCA/NCAL) Quality Award Program.
The Silver award marks the second tier in the National Quality Award program and is given to healthcare centers that have continued to learn and develop effective approaches in an effort to improve performance and healthcare outcomes. In order to be considered for the award, the community was required to provide a thorough assessment of their systematic approaches and the deployment of these approaches. The Silver award guidelines are based on the Baldrige Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence, part of the Baldrige Excellence framework that is designed to empower an organization to reach goals, improve results and become more competitive.
“We are very excited and proud to be recognized with the Silver Achievement in Quality Award,” said Twin View Health and Rehab Administrator Helen Burnworth. “Our staff did an incredible job and worked diligently to surpass our already high standards for quality care—it’s wonderful to see their hard work and dedication recognized by the AHCA.”
