Perkins out on bond

Nick Perkins was arrested on Friday, July 20, 2018 for insurance fraud. The charges stemmed from an investigation into the deadly shooting of Dustin “Block” Chase Wilson on June 26 involving Priscilla Riner.

Perkins was freed on bond Wednesday, July 25. According to Kendall Gross, Perkins’ attorney, “Mr. Perkins is not charged with murder, and we are very pleased to get him released on bond.”

A bond hearing for Riner has been scheduled for Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Emanuel County Courthouse.
