The Emanuel County Farmers & Artisans Market will be at The Boneyard in Swainsboro on Saturday, July 28, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The vendors will be under the covered area.
“We had such a great turnout last Saturday that our vendors wanted to come back,” said Jacquie Brasher, organizer. “The Boneyard is so easily accessible now that it has been renovated. We had numerous customers visit us last week.”
Vendors sell locally grown, seasonal fruits and vegetables, eggs, baked goods, goat milk soaps and lotions, and various artwork. “Our vendors are from within a 50-mile radius,” said Brasher. “All produce is freshly picked as well.”
Anyone who would like to be a vendor at the market may do so at no charge. “As long as everything is Georgia grown or handmade, you are welcome to join us,” said Brasher. “Just bring your own tables and chairs to set up under the covered area.”
