Dustin “Block” Chase Wilson, 31

   Funeral services for Dustin “Block” Chase Wilson, 31, of Swainsboro were held Saturday, June 30, 2018, at 5 p.m. Emanuel Christian Ministries with Reverend Brad McKenzie and Hal Wilson officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. He passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at Emanuel Medical Center.

   Mr. Dustin “Block” Chase Wilson was born November 16, 1986, in Dublin to Craig Lamb and Tammy Lee Wilson. He loved his two sons, they were his life. Wilson enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing softball and was an avid race fan and Georgia Bulldog fan. He was a member of Emanuel Christian Ministries. Wilson was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Leonard and Mott Lamb; maternal grandfather, Charles Larry Wilson; aunt, Terri Wilson Youmans; and uncle, Keith Lamb.

   Survivors include his mother, Tammy Wilson of Norristown; father, Craig (Lisha) Lamb of Swainsboro; sons, Hayden Lee Wilson and Lakelan Ernest Wilson, both of Swainsboro; maternal grandmother, Virginia Wilson of Norristown; daughters, Libby Rebecca Riner and Jaida McKenzie Harrell, both of Swainsboro; sisters, Cherish Kidd of Vidalia, Morgan McNure of Swainsboro, Caitlin Lamb, Morgan Lamb, and Caitlyn Campbell all of Swainsboro; uncle, Charlie (Kelly) Wilson of Adrian; nephew, Chapman Wilson of Adrian; niece, Kaylee Wilson of Adrian; cousin, Necole Youmans Salter of Braselton; step-grandmother, Nancy Steps of Cocoa Beach, Florida; and many friends.

   Pallbearers were Chapman Wilson, Michael “Doobie” Armstrong, Tyler Beasley, Ashley Pollett, Jamie Blackwell, Lee Bush, West Bedgood, and Josh Bedgood. Honorary pallbearers were employees of Pruitt Health of Old Capital.

   Chapman Funeral Home of Swainsboro was in charge of arrangements.
