Piney Grove announces annual revival

   On July 3-5 at 7 p.m., Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, located at 723 Wadley Coleman Lake Road, will host its annual revival. This year’s services will feature Reverend Kenneth “Curt” (KC) Davis, pastor of Jordan Stream of Toomsboro, Greater New Bethel Baptist Churches of Macon, and the First African Missionary  Baptist Church of Kingsland.

   Rev. K.C. Davis was born on February 7, 1963, in Jefferson County. He was born again on April 17, 1985, at the age of 22 and is married to the former Phyllis Gilmore. Together, they have three children, Kasey, Katrina, and Cassandra, and four grandchildren, Mardrez, Logan, Jordyn, and L’moni. 

   Rev. Davis was educated in the Louisville school system, where he graduated high school in 1981. He continued his education at Jacksonville Theological Seminary in Florida and Liberty University. Rev. Davis received his Bachelor of Biblical Studies at Emmanuel Bible College.
