On Sunday, May 27, The Butler Brothers Quartet will be in concert beginning at 6 p.m. at Swainsboro First Baptist Church. The Butler Brothers have traveled the southeast touring and recording at large concert venues, as well as large and small churches; and in 2017, they started another journey, barbecue.

Over the years, technology has brought tremendous change to the southern gospel music field, but the message remains the same, strong and steadfast. The Butler Brothers Quartet formed a new group in 2017, including Timothy Alderman, tenor; David Conley, lead singer; Lawrence Butler, piano and baritone; Marion Butler, bass; and Mark Downs, piano and bass guitar.
