Statesboro Kiwanis visits Swainsboro Kiwanis

The Kiwanis Club of Swainsboro held its weekly meeting, Tuesday night, April 24, at Catered Creations. In attendance, four members of the Statesboro Kiwanis Club traveled 37 miles to visit the Swainsboro Kiwanis Club as an interclub.

Inter-clubbing is an excellent means of following up new members induction training. They will begin to see the broader scope of the Kiwanis Family, as well as the relationship between Kiwanis Clubs located in nearby communities. By inter-clubing, members learn how other clubs function, get to know their neighboring Kiwanians, develop new ideas and a broader interest in how Kiwanis operates, find new ideas for use in their own club, and become better Kiwanians.
