SAR chapters participate in livestock parade

The Brier Creek, Wiregrass, and Col William Few Chapters of the Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution traveled to downtown Sylvania on Saturday, March 31, to participate in the annual livestock parade.
Members arrived at Screven County High School around 9:30 a.m. and prepared the 6-pound naval cannon trailer to carry eight members of the three chapters sitting on hay bales, with four members facing one side and the other four facing the opposite.
