Lyndia Laine Vizi, 70

   Funeral services for Lyndia Laine Vizi, 70, of Swainsboro were held on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend Cail Pressey officiating. She died Sunday, April 22, at Emanuel Medical Center following a brief illness.

   Ms. Lyndia Laine Vizi was born June 5, 1947, in Maitland, West Virginia to the late Blaine Sawyers and Lillian Sargent Sawyers. She was an amazing cook, enjoyed Christmas, as well as collecting Thomas Kinkade pictures and Santas. Vizi loved crocheting, dancing, and especially loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James L. Vizi; daughter, Candy Vizi; and grandson, Billy Burnett.

   Survivors include one son, Adam (Gina) Vizi of Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota; daughters, Dawn (Bill) Burnett of Austin, Texas, Cheri Wyant of Canton, Ohio, and Jamie Vizie of Swainsboro; sisters, Ethel Marcuum of Hubbard, Ohio, Pamela Sawyers of Boston, Massachusetts, and Gay Car of Austin, Ohio; grandchildren, Christopher Anderson, Edwin Wyant, Annastasha Wyant, Joanthan Deeds, Cody Burnett, Jerica Burnett, and Zevon Burnett; great-grandchildren, Aidn Anderson, Hunter Anderson, Elek Anderson, Nico Wyant, Kamron Wyant, Jackson Wyant, Xavior Wyant, Adilon Pesa, Chelsea Mesa, Morgan Pesa, Keagan Pesa, Aria Deeds, and Harrison Burnett; fur companion, Sissy; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

   Chapman Funeral Home of Swainsboro was in charge of arrangements.
