Juanita Kight Bush, 74

   Funeral services for Juanita Kight Bush, 74, of Swainsboro were held Thursday, May 3, 2018, at 2 p.m. in Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel with Rev. Henry Dixon officiating. Interment followed in Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery. She died Monday, April 30, 2018, at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin.

   Mrs. Juanita Kight Bush was born June 18, 1943, in Johnson County to the late Bill and Gertrude Prather Kight. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Dalton Bush Sr.; five sisters, Velma Copeland, Ruby Garland, Emma Cooper, JoAnn Mason, and Doris Adams; and two brothers, Talmade Kight and Bud Kight.

   Survivors include one daughter, Hope (Donald) Barwick of Dublin; sons, Henry (Nell) Dalton Bush Jr. of Dublin and Jimmy (Wanda) Ray Bush of Swainsboro; one sister, Tina (Wayne) Harper of Forsyth; six grandchildren, Chris Lampp, Jessica Griffith, Blake Bush, Josh Greenway, Kayla Beneteau, and Bryceson Olgesby; and seven great-grandchildren, Brianna, Harlei, Kayle, Camden, Jayden, Gracie, and Mylie.

   Pallbearers were Blake Bush, Josh Greenway, Buddy Adams, Nathan Adams, Jim Bob Fortner, and Will Adams.

   Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors was in charge of arrangements.
