Johnson Chapel MBC to host annual spring revival, church anniversary

   On May 16 and May 17 at 7 p.m. nightly, Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (MBC) will continue hosting its annual spring revival.
   The revival began Tuesday, May 15, with guest minister Pastor Mario Webb and visiting churches Gethsemane and choir of Lexsy, Dickey Grove, Needful of Millen, Jones Temple, Roundtree Chapel, Skull Creek 1, Roundtree Grove, Gordon Grove, Oak Grove of Swainsboro, and True Deliverance of Lexsy.

   Wednesday, May 15, will welcome guest minister Pastor Jerry Armstrong. Guest churches will include Mt. Gilead and choir, Willow Spring, Newton Grove, Johnson Grove, Roundtree Chapel, Brandon Rock, Mt. Zion of Garfield, and Holy Zion of Metter.

   Finally, Thursday service will see Pastor Eric Cooper. Guest churches will be Friendship Baptist Church and choir of Millen, Olive Baptist Church of Oliver, Mt. Carmel, Skull Creek 2, Greater New Jerusalem of Millen, St. James Baptist Church of Swainsboro, and Lester Grove of Swainsboro.

   On Sunday, May 20, the church will celebrate its 109th church anniversary. Guest churches to be in attendance will include Union Chapel, Durden Gove, and Lane Grove. Dinner will be served.
   Pastor Bishop Dr. K.E. McNeal invites all to these services.
