Clay “Ft. Lauderdale” Foster, 46

   Funeral services for Clay “Ft. Lauderdale” Foster, 46, of Swainsboro were held Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 1 p.m. at St. Philip Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Delmus Mosley officiating. He died Sunday, May 6, 2018, following a sudden illness.

   Mr. Clay “Ft. Lauderdale” Foster was born on August 11, 1971, as the second born child of Mary Ann Foster and the late Julius Foster Sr. He was a member of St. Philip Missionary Baptist Church of Swainsboro and the Jethro Council. Foster attended Swainsboro High School and was a member of its Class of 1990.

   Survivors include his loving mother, Mary Ann Foster of Swainsboro; grandmother, Charlie Mae Thomas of Kite; three sons, Keemoyre Bostic, Ceemoyre Bostic, and Quantavious Foster Sr.; five brothers, Craig Foster, Jermaine Foster, Julius Foster Jr., Roddrigus Foster, and Michael Foster; and a host of other relatives and friends.

   Pallbearers were Norman Parrish, Verlon Wadley, Christopher Jones, Bobby Gardner, Shon Corley, David Kemp, and Ike Devouil.

   Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
