Carruth speaks to Kiwanis

   The Kiwanis Club of Swainsboro held its weekly meeting on Tuesday, April 24, at 7 p.m. at Catered Creations. With President Jim Clapham presiding, there were 21 members in attendance, one guest—Betty Hooks, and an interclub from Statesboro Kiwanis consisting of Vince Galasso, Danny Folio, Horace Harrell, and Lynn Bennett. 

   The program for the evening was hosted by Pepper Fields, who introduced Cherry Carruth, owner and operator of All-Star Dance Academy. Carruth enlightened members on all of the activities of her dance students, which go beyond just dancing.
