EGSC celebrates Arbor Day

   On Friday, February 16, East Georgia State College celebrated Arbor Day by planting an American sycamore tree in honor of former dean of the School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Dr. Bob Brown. The tree was placed near Ezra Pond where it will have plenty of room to grow.

   “It was a privilege to be back at EGSC with the superb faculty and staff I enjoyed working with for 14 years,” said Dr. Brown. “I have very wonderful remembrances with everyone I knew over these years. My experiences with EGSC will be always cherished.”
