Frances P. Creech, 79

   Funeral services for Frances P. Creech, 79, resident of Stillmore, were held Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Stillmore Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend George Archer and Reverend Louis Pearce officiating. Interment followed in the Stillmore Cemetery. She died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, at her residence.

   Mrs. Frances P. Creech was born in Swainsboro, daughter of the late Julian and Alma Smith Pierson. She was a teacher at David Emanuel Academy for many years, and she was loved by all.  Creech was a member of Stillmore Missionary Baptist Church and the Ladies Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Creech.

    Survivors include two sons, James D. Creech of Kite and Tim Creech of Williamsburg, Va.; a daughter, Julie Hindman of Woodruff, S.C.; and a sister, Judy Earls of Stillmore.

   Pallbearers were the deacons of the church. Honorary pallbearers were the members of the Stillmore City Council. 

   Memorials may be made to the Children’s Miracle Network, 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, in memory of Frances.

   Tomlinson Funeral Home of Swainsboro was in charge of arrangements.
