Boston back in custody following appeal

   Michael Boston is now back in custody following an arrest on December 27.

   In June 2017, Boston was sentenced to five years after having been convicted of embracery, an offense in which the perpetrator attempts to influence a jury.

   He appealed the conviction to the Court of Appeals, and the motion was denied. Boston then appealed the case to the Supreme Court of Georgia, who also denied the appeal.
