Deputies with the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) reported…
Deputy responded to Fairground Road in reference to an individual digging in the trash dumps.
Deputy responded to 411 N. 2nd Street in reference to an assault/battery offense.
Deputies were dispatched to Highway 80 West and met with a victim whose car had been damaged by a piece of wood in the roadway.
Victim and deputy visited offender’s house in reference to stolen items. Said items were returned to the victim by the offender.
Deputy responded to Samuel Marvin Road and met with the complainant, who filed a report in reference to numerous articles of clothing having been stolen by the offender.
Deputy responded to a family violence incident.
Deputies assisted the Georgia Department of Corrections in a search for an escaped offender in the area of Old Savannah Road. Offender was apprehended at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Lawrence Sherrod Road and was taken into custody without incident.
Complainant filed a report in reference to burglary.
Victim filed a report in reference to theft by taking.
Deputies arrested an offender on the grounds of an outstanding warrant.
Deputies responded to Canen Cove in reference to criminal trespass.
Complainant visited the ECSO and filed a private property crash report.
Complainant struck a deer while traveling Highway 80 East.
Deputy responded to Highway 56 North and made contact with an already-detained offender. Offender was then arrested, cuffed, searched, and transported to the ECJ.
Complainant filed a report in reference to identity fraud.
Complainant struck a deer while traveling Highway 57/US 1 Bypass.
Complainant filed a theft report and was referred to the magistrate.
Victim reported an encounter with a group of offenders. According to said victim, he and the offenders had a history of issues.
Victim struck a deer while traveling on Highway 80 East.
Victim reported an irate, potentially drug-influenced offender. Deputies responded to the incident location and met with the offender, who admitted to using methamphetamine some time earlier. Offender would not follow deputies’ commands, leading to his arrest and transportation to the jail.
Deputies prepared a report for a complainant whom had been involved in a minor traffic accident the night prior.
Complainant reported that her residence had been burglarized.
Deputy responded to a Highway 56 South residence in reference to an unwanted person. Upon arrival, said person was not on scene. Complainant was advised that a report would be filed. She was also referred to the magistrate.
Complainant reported nuisance animals.
Deputy met with a complainant at the jail in reference to a TPO violation.
Victim struck a deer while traveling Highway 56 North.
Deputies were dispatched in reference to a burglary.
Deputies were dispatched to Blun Road for an alarm call.
