Kimberli Donaldson Black, 60

   Funeral services for Kimberli Donaldson Black, 60, of Twin City were held Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Rev. Joshua Black officiating, assisted by Jason Edenfield. Interment followed in the Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Twin City. She died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, at her residence.

   Ms. Kimberli Donaldson Black was born April 17, 1957, in Pensacola, Fla., to Lois Donaldson and the late Robert “Bob” Donaldson. She was a registered nurse for 36 years, a retired vice president of clinical services of Pruitt Health, a member of the NHCA, as well as a member of an AHCA committee. Black was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and served as a member of the choir. She was preceded in death by her father; sister, Karen Elaine Donaldson; and brother, Robert “Andy” Donaldson.

   Survivors include her daughter, Jessica Black (Hal) Wilson of Swainsboro; three sons, Jason (Amber) Edenfield of Twin City, Rev. Joshua (Jessica) Black of Swainsboro, and Jonathan Black of Twin City; her mother, Lois Donaldson of Twin City; sister, Debra (Lamar) Hutto of Lyons; half-brother, Robert Gene (Sue) Donaldson of Wilburn, N.C.; five grandchildren, Josie Grace Black, Maggie Black, Case Black, A.J. Edenfield, and Hal “Trey” Wilson; multiple nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

   Pallbearers were Lynward Hooks, Mark Dawkins, David Moore, Brad Hooks, Jess Johnson, and Wes Wommack.

   Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors was in charge of arrangements.
