   August 31

   Complainant stated she ran over a concrete block in the community driveway she uses to access her residence.

   September 1

   Complainant stated he struck a deer while traveling Highway 80 West.

   Victim reported a firearm missing from her vehicle.

   September 2

   Victim stated the offender held her down and demanded her to unlock her phone. Victim stated she walked outside the residence, at which point offender followed her and put his hands around her neck. Incident involving the two was reported later and investigated by Swainsboro Police Department. Both parties were contacted and advised of warrant/TPO process.

   Victim stated she struck a deer while traveling on State Road 4.

   September 3

   Complainant stated he was contacted by the offender in reference to towing the offender’s vehicle because he had flipped it. Complainant told offender he would not remove any vehicle involved in an accident without law enforcement presence. Once on scene, offender was gone on arrival. Alcoholic beverages appeared to have been discarded after the crash. Vehicle was removed by a towing company.

   Victim asked offender to leave the property. Offender damaged the victim’s car, but victim did not wish to press charges, only to have him leave. Offender contacted an acquaintance, who arrived and transported him from the scene.

   September 8

   Victim reported harassing communications and terroristic threats.

   Victim reported that an offender had threatened to shoot him after a dispute over an automobile.

   Victim reported being struck on the head by an offender following a verbal altercation over the victim’s new hair style.

   September 10

   Complainant stated she struck a deer while traveling east on Modoc Road.

   Victim reported burglary and forced entry of his non-residential property.

   Victim reported a domestic dispute with her ex-boyfriend.

   Deputy responded to Stevens Crossing Road in reference to a private property crash.

   A private property crash was reported in the parking lot of the Emanuel County Jail.

  Complainant reported unknown offender(s) had strung toiler tissue in the yard of a victim who is currently out of town. The offender(s) also wrote on a vehicle in the yard.

   Complainant reported striking a deer while traveling on Hwy. 1 South.

   Deputies assisted the Georgia State Patrol with a 2-vehicle accident located at Mile Marker 86 on I-16 West.
