   Funeral services for Willie “Neil” Phillips, 25, of Swainsboro were held Saturday, August 5, 2017 at St. Phillips Baptist Church at 4 p.m. Interment followed at Swainsboro City Cemetery. He died July, 29, 2017.

   Mr. Willie Neil Phillips III was born Saturday, November 16, 1991, to Ms. Rhonda Roberson and Willie Neil Phillips Jr. He loved to make jokes and see people laugh, but most of all, he loved his family, friends, and loved ones. Phillips was proceeded in death by his father, Willie Neil Phillips Jr.; grandmother, Edith Phillips, and great-grandmother, Vastie Bell.

   Survivors include his mother, Rhonda Seabrough; brother, Jaquavius Seabrough; sister, Marquita Phillips; great-grandmother, Emma Daisy Doyle; grandparents, Shirley Brantly and Edward Brantley; two uncles; six aunts; a nephew; two godbrothers; one godsister; and a host of relatives and friends.

   Pallbearers were John Beck, Christopher Cuyler, Dionsha Freeman, Jahheme Miller, Shaquille Cowart, and Reginald Young Jr.

   Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
