Sheriff’s Report for July 31, 2013

Emanuel County Sheriff’s Deputies reported:
Unknown suspect obtained the victim’s debit card information and used it at Swainsboro Wal-Mart.
Victim on Longbay Dr. stated that the suspect’s bulldog came onto his property and bit his dog.
Victim on Overstreet Johnson Rd. stated that the suspect’s peacocks have been on the roof of his residence and causing damage to his property.
Victim on Redbud Ave. stated that she and the suspect got into an argument and she advised him to leave. Victim stated that, when the suspect left, she locked the door behind him. Victim stated that the suspect kicked the door in and grabbed her around the neck.
Victim on Monroe St. stated that the suspect came to his residence and snatched the screen door open, breaking it, and walked inside and took several items from the master bedroom.
Victim on Miller Dr. stated that she was in the process of trying to move and, when she went to check on the residence she was moving from, she noticed that an unknown suspect had kicked the her door in.
Victim on Ben St. stated that he left his vehicle at his father’s residence and, when he returned to get it, he discovered that an unknown suspect had flattened his tires and damaged his door handle.
Victim on Veal St. stated that, sometime over the weekend, an unknown suspect stole several items from him.
Victim on Saint Galilee Rd. stated that an unknown suspect has been using his social security number to file taxes.
Victim on Nunez Rd. stated that an unknown suspect obtained his debit card information and used it at several locations, totaling $209.76.
Suspect on E. Main St. was arrested for an outstanding Simple Battery and Child Support warrant without incident.
Suspect on Blue Bonnet Rd. was arrested for an outstanding Simple Assault Warrant without incident.
Victim on Hwy. 297 stated that an unknown suspect entered her vehicle and stole $150 in cash and checks.
Victim on Wadley Coleman Lake Rd. stated that an unknown suspect vandalized her vehicle by keying the hood, spray painting and breaking the headlights.
Victim’s rear axle on a tractor caught on fire while traveling on I-16. The fire was under control upon arrival.
Unknown suspect obtained the victim’s debit card information and used it in several out of town locations.
Victim on Drum Rd. stated that an unknown suspect stole two handguns from under his mattress in his bedroom.
Victim on Hwy. 80 W. stated that an unknown suspect stole eleven bags of Giant Mix Cement from her residence.
Victim on Overstreet Rd. stated that the suspect, her landlord, changed the locks on her residence without her permission and took several items from the home. Victim also stated that the suspect took several of her belongings an sat them on the porch, causing damage to the items.
Victim struck an unknown object while traveling on Old Nunez Rd., causing moderate damage to the vehicle.
Victim on Old Nunez Rd. stated that her daughter, who is mentally ill, is in Newberry, S.C. living in a motel and the victim believes her daughter is in danger due to her illness.
Victim on Crump St. stated that he lost his wallet and he was contacted by the bank stating that his debit card was being used in Florida.
Victim stated that an unknown suspect stole 20 gallons of fuel from his Peter Built Truck while it was parked on Alton Lawson Rd. overnight.
Victim on John Deere Rd. stated that an unknown suspect entered his residence through a rear bathroom window and stole several items from his bedroom and closet.
Victim on Kemp Rd. stated that the suspect keeps driving around his shop, taunting and harassing him.
