Tiger Creek Band is no stranger to the community and entertaining. They are a local band that has flourished within the past 16 months and have played at many festivals and opened for many artists such as Charlie Daniels, Craig Campbell, and the Laax. They also have competed and won in many Battle of the Bands, including Vidalia and Nichols.

They recently went through several rounds of competition of the Texaco Showdown and won the region division and now they are headed to state in Perry, where they will represent the Southeastern region of Georgia. They are one step closer to  fame and fortune!

The winner at state competition will be going to Nashville for national competition, competing for a recording contract.

The band will be releasing their first video, “Wasting Time,” an original song written by Justin Dukes in August, and their new CDs will be released in the Southeast regional division of the Walmart stores in December.

The band states, “We are honored and humbled to win this division and excited for this wonderful opportunity.”
