Miss Page honored with “Tupperware” party

Miss Rachel Michelle Page, bride-elect of Chad Burkhalter, was honored with a “Tupperware” shower Thursday evening, May 30 at 7 p.m. at the home of Jodi Farrow Jarvis. 

   The Dining Table in the kitchen contained a colorful display of Tupperware items from the bride-to-be’s wish list. A serving bar in the kitchen was decorated with an arrangement of long-stemmed red roses. 

    Guests were served pound cake with sliced strawberries and whipped cream, cheese straws, smoked tuna dip with crackers and spinach dip with corn chips.

   Guests enjoyed several games, but the highlight was “How Well Do You Know Rachel?”  Jodi posed multiple-choice questions concerning the bride and asked guest to predict Rachel’s responses. Tupperware prizes were awarded to the game winners.

   The brid-to-be chose a lovely  multi-colored striped maxi-dress with short-sleeved black sweater and a white daisies with Mini-Tupperware accent. 

   Special guests:  Mother of the bride –Connie Page: Mother of the Groom –Wynette Burkhalter: Kimberly Cooper, sister of the bride and River Cooper, nephew of the bride

   Hostesses for the special occasion were Jodi Jarvis, Martha Farrow, Ginny Smith and Yonna Bailey.
