Swainsboro Police Report for February 27, 2013

   Swainsboro police officers reported:

   February 15

   Victim on South Main Street stated that an unknown offender used her banking account to order products and had them sent to another address.

   February 16

   Victim on S. Racetrack St. stated that the offender has been sending her harassing text messages and leaving her voicemails stating she will do her bodily harm.

   Victim on W. Moring St. stated that she and the offender, her sister, where at her residence when an altercation started between them in reference to the way the victim was disciplining her minor child. The verbal altercation escalated to physical when the offender pushed the victim causing no injury.

   Victim on Brown St. stated that he went to the offender’s resodence to see thier children. Victim stated that when the offender came to the vehicle where he was and attacked him. Victim stated that the offender kicked him in the stomach and slapped him in the face.

   Victim on S. Racetrack St. stated that the offender accused him of stealing an xbox game from him. Victim stated that when he told the offender he did not have it he became angry and struck him in the face with an open fist.

   February 17

   Victim on E. Pine St. stated that she and the offender, her boyfriend, have been arguing for the past few days due to the offender talking to another girl. Victim stated that she and the offender have a child together but are not legally married. Victim stated that the offender hit her the day before and she does not want him back at her residence.

   Victim on Lucky St. stated that an unknown offender was shooting at her vehicle. Victim stated that her window was damaged from the bullet hitting it.

   Victim on King Circle Dr. stated that an unknown offender has been walking through his yard and he looks like he is up to something.

   Victim on Howarth Dr. stated that while walking the offender’s dog came at her and attempted to attack her.

   Victim on Lucky St. stated that while away from his residence an unknown offender broke in threw the back door and stole his gun.

   February 18

   Victim on Youngblood St. stated that the offender tried to take several items from the residence that didn’t belong to him. Victim stated that after she contacted the police and had him removed he came back and ransacked the place.

   Victim on Market St. stated that the offender was supposed to be fixing her vehilce for her and has had her vehicle for over a month now. Victim stated that when she contacted the offender he told her that he was not able to get the vehilce because the people he rented the facility from put a lock on the door because he couldn’t pay rent.

   February 19

   Victim on Drake Ave. stated that the offender, her husband, snatched her cell phone from her and punched her in the mouth with his fist. Victim stated that they were arguing about money.

   Victim on S. Main St. stated that she left her purse in a shopping cart in the Wal-Mart parking lot, when she returned to get it it was missing.

   Victim on Poplar St. stated that the offender, her boyfriend, got angry with her for talking on the phone to her husband and grabbed her cell phone out of her hand and broke it by throwing it on the floor. Victim stated that the offender then got his 9mm gun and put it to her head and told her to shut up. Victim stated that she was able to knock the gun out of his hand and get away.

   February 20

   Victim on Gumlog Rd. stated that the offender followed her around Wal-Mart trying to provoke her into an altercation.

   Victim on B. Stevens Dr. stated that while driving her vehicle her foot slipped off of the break peddle and she struck the side of her residence causing damage to the side of her residence.

   Victim on S. Main St. stated that an unknown offender struck her vehicle causing slight damage to the vehicle.

   Victim on Roberts St. stated that while standing outside of her vehicle the offender came up to her and grabbed her by the arm and left bruses on her. Victim stated that she had a TPO on the offender but it has expired.

   February 21

   Victim on Summit Ave. stated that an unknown offender wntered her residence without her permission. Nothing was missing at the time.

   Complainant at Wal-Mart stated that she found marijuana in a desk drawer and that they had previously found marijuan in the store before.

   Victim on N. Main St. stated that while at a local gas station an unknown offender struck her vehicle causing a large amount of damage to the vehicle.

   February 22

   Victim on Curtis St. stated that she and the offender, her husband, got into an argument about her wanting the offender to leave the residence. Victim stated that the offender became very angry and threatened to knock her out.

   Victim on S. Main St. stated that the offender stole her debit card and got $100 off of it without her permission.

   Victim on N. Coleman St. stated that the offender attacked her sfter she told him he couldn’t stay at her residence anymore if he couldn’t help pay the power bill.

   February 23

   Victim on Gumlog Rd. stated that the offender would not let him get his kids as the court has ordered. The offender stated that she had no problem letting the victim get his birth kids but not all the kids.

   Victim on Lewis St. stated that the offender has been sending him threatening messages via text stating that he is going to do him bodily harm.

   February 24

   Victim on Poplar St. stated that the offender came to his residence and pointed a gun at him and stated that he was going to kill him soon.

   Victim on W. Pine St. stated that she was away from her residence all weekend and when she returned she found that an unknown offender had broken into her residence and stole several items.
