The Emanuel County Title I Parent Resource Center is sponsoring a workshop to help parents effectively use the system’s Parent Portal. The portal is a way for parents to monitor their children’s grades, attendance and assignments, and to verify demographic information such as addresses and phone numbers. Parents will create an account at the workshop.

The workshop will be held in the George L. Smith Room at the Franklin Memorial Library, 331 West Main Street, in Swainsboro, on Wednesday, Oct. 17. Parents are invited to drop in anytime between the hours of 12 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

For more information, contact Parent Involvement Coordinator Susan Stephens at 478-419-1165 or 478-237-7266 or email her at sstephens@emanuel.k12.ga.us.
