NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE

WHEREAS, heretofore on April 30, 2008, JERMAINE A. DAVIS and

TOWANDA DAVIS did deliver to LEITCHFIELD PROPERTIES, LLC a Deed to

Secure Debt conveying the following described land, to wit:
