Six sentenced in Superior Court

   December 14 

   Mary Elizabeth Barnes was sentenced to 12 months on one count of

simple battery. Upon the service of nine months and sixteen days,

the remainder of the sentence may be served on probation.

   Michael Quintin Bush was sentenced to ten years on one count of

burglary. The sentence is to run concurrently with any sentences he

is serving. Upon the service of seven years, the remaining three

may be served on probation. He must also pay $2,500 in

restitution.

   Gregory O’Brian Coney was sentenced on three counts. Count one

was burglary, count two was theft by taking, and count three was

criminal damage to property in the second degree. He was sentenced

18 years on count one, ten years on count two, and five years on

count three. Counts two and three are to run concurrent with each

other and count one. Upon the service of nine years, the remaining

nine may be served on probation. He must also pay $6,000 in

restitution.

   Christopher Kyle Horton was sentenced on five counts. Count one

was theft by taking(MVT), count two was interference w/ Gov.

property, count three was eluding police, count four was

obstruction of an officer, and count five was theft by taking. He

was sentenced to ten years on count one, five years on count two,

five years on count three, five years on count four, and ten years

on count five. Count five is to run concurrent with count one.

Count two is to run consecutive to counts one and five, count three

is to run consecutive to count two, and count four is to run

consecutive to count three. He was sentenced to a total of 25

years. Upon the service of eight years, the remaining 17 may be

served on probation. He must also pay $8,940 in restitution.

   Tony Ray McCullors was sentenced on five counts. Count one was

burglary, count two was stalking, count three was reckless driving,

count four was eluding police, and count five was speeding. He was

sentenced to ten years on count one. For counts two through five,

he was sentenced to 12 months on each count. Counts two through

five are to run concurrent with each other and count one. Upon the

service of three years, the remaining seven may be served on

probation.

   Jaime Gomez Ocana was sentenced to ten years on one count of

aggravated assault. Upon the service of five years, the remaining

five may be served on probation.
