Sheriff’s Report for December 28, 2011

   Emanuel County Sheriff’s Deputies reported:

   December 19

   Victim on Ricky Rowland Dr. stated that he found the  broken end

of a knife on his back porch. Victim believes that his neighbor

tried to break in with the knife.

   Victim on Long Leaf Dr. stated that the suspect called her

cellphone and threatened her and comes to her job and harasses

her.

   Victim on Hwy 1 S. stated that an unknown suspect stole his

boat.

   December 20 

   Victim on Kemp Rd. stated that the suspect’s dog came onto his

property and killed his dog.

   Victim on Olifftown Rd. stated that an unknown suspect removed

two air conditioner units from his residence.

   Victim on Park Circle Dr. stated that the suspects broke into

his residence and stole multiple items.

   Suspect, passenger in the vehicle, was arrested on Longview Rd.

after fleeing the vehicle during the pursuit.

   Suspect, driver of the vehicle, was arrested on Longview Rd.

after fleeing the vehicle during the pursuit.

   Victim stated that the suspect keeps texting his wife and son’s

phone, pretending to be someone else and saying vulgar things to

them.

   Victim struck a deer while traveling on Hwy 221 S. causing

moderate damage to the vehicle.

   Victim struck a deer while traveling on Canoochee Rd. causing

moderate damage to the vehicle.

   December 21 

   Victim stated that the suspect opened an account with Dish

Network using his social security number.

   Victim stated that he caught the suspect’s dog hunting on his

property on Hwy 121 N.

   Victim struck a deer while traveling on Hwy 56 N. causing slight

damage to the vehicle.

   Victim stated that an unknown suspect stole two heat and air

units from his house on Hwy 80 E.

   Victim on Hwy 57 W. stated that the suspect forged several

checks on her account.

   Unknown suspect broke out the glass of the front door of the

victim’s residence on Lindsey Rd.

   December 22 

   Victim stated that the suspect attempted to run her off the road

and then pulled in front of her and slammed on the brakes.

   Victim on Old Metter Rd. stated that the suspect keeps calling

her and harassing her.

   Unknown suspect set an abandoned house on Old Wadley Rd. on

fire.

   Abandoned vehicle was found on Canoochee Rd. Deputy had the

vehicle towed.

   December 23

   Victim stated that the suspect struck her vehicle while

traveling on Wadley Coleman Lake Rd. causing damage to the side

mirror.

   Victim stated that an unknown suspect cut a cable she put up on

her property on Old Savannah Rd. and shot the lock she had. She

also stated that several of her posted signs had been shot.

   Victim struck a deer while traveling on Old McLeod Branch Rd.

causing moderate damage to the vehicle.

   December 25 

   Victim on Hwy 56 South stated that the suspect came to his

residence and pushed him during an argument.

   December 26 

   Victim struck a deer while traveling on Dukes Rd. causing

moderate damage to the vehicle.

   Victim on Williams Rd. stated that the suspect stole some of her

checks and forged and cashed one of them.

   Victim stated that an unknown suspect has been calling his phone

and harassing him.

   Victim struck a deer while traveling on Hwy 1 S. causing

extensive damage to the vehicle.

   Victim struck a deer while traveling on Hwy 221 N. causing

moderate damage to the vehicle.

   Victim stated that an unknown suspect was hunting on his

property on Big Creek Rd. without permission.
