Summer readers create peacock fans

On June 30, the summer readers at Franklin Memorial Library

created peacock fans as part of their “One World, Many Stories”

exploration. Pictured are the creative genius of Asianiah Brown,

Elijah Freeman and Terry Moye.

BJ Williams says, “We travel to India for the colors. We go to

the equator for the tropical heat. We use our imaginations and,

yes, we do paint with our thumbs. Come see our peacock fans at the

library!”
