Sheriff Report for June 29, 2011

   Emanuel County Sheriff’s Deputies reported:

  

June 18

  

Victim on Old Dellwood Rd. stated that he was arguing with his

mother and when he walked into the suspect’s path, the suspect

struck hm in the chest with his walking stick.

  

June 20 

  

Victim stated that an unknown suspect took a small concrete deer

from the Old Canoochee Cemetary.

  

Victim on Modoc Rd. stated that the suspect made threats involving

her child.

  

Victim on Kathleen Rd. stated that she has received many harassing

text messages from the suspect.

  

Victim stated that an unknown suspect in Texas has used her social

security number and open an account with a bank and the bank is now

billing her for a computer that was bought through the account.

  

Victim stated that an unknown suspect stole several guns from her

residence on Pinetucky Rd.

  

Victim on Foljambi Ln. stated that the suspect came to her

residence and started a fight with the witness and when she went

out the suspect punched her and tore her shirt.

  

June 21 

  

Victim stated that an unknown suspect busted the windshield of his

vehicle while it was parked at the Twin City Ball Fields.

  

Victim on Colegrove St. stated that the suspect threatened him with

a pistol.

  

June 23 

  

Victim stated that he hit some debris in the roadway while

traveling on Hwy 1 S. causing slight damage to the vehicle.

  

Victim stated that he ran into the ditch while traveling on

Canoochee Bypass causing damage to the vehicle.

  

Victim stated that the suspect ramoved a stove and the copper wire

from an a/c unit on the victim rental property on Old Reidsville

Rd.

  

Victim on Oakgrove Church Rd. stated that an unknown suspect stole

his ladder.

  

Victim on John Deere stated that the suspect had a gun and wouldn’t

let her leave. Victim stated that he threatened her with the gun.

Suspect was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

  

June 24 

  

Victim stated that he struck a deer while traveling on Hwy 1 S.

causing moderate damage to his vehicle.

  

Victim on Old Wadley Rd. stated that the suspect kicked her vehicle

on the doors and mirrors several times causing extensive

damage.

  

Victim struck a deer while traveling on Oak Grove Church Rd.

causing slight damage to the vehicle.

  

Victim on Hwy 221 N. stated that an unknown suspect attempted to

break into his residence.

  

Victim on Lake Luck Dr. stated that an unknown suspect entered her

residence.

  

A vehicle was pulling a trailer and had two flats on the right hand

side which caused a spark and set a fire on Hwy 57 E. The fire was

contained.

  

Victim on W. Moring St. stated that the suspect stole her window

a/c unit.

  

Victim stated that an unknown suspect pulled up shrubs and damaged

the sidewalk and porch at his rental property on Ogburn Dr.

  

Victim struck a deer while traveling on Canoochee Rd. causing

moderate damage to the vehicle.

  

Deputies executed an arrest warrant on Authur Hutcheson Rd. Warrant

was executed without incident.

  

Victim on Humpback St. stated that an unknown suspect took a screen

off of a window of his trailer and broke the screen and removed a

screen from a different window.

  

Victim on Williams Rd. stated that the suspect started a fight with

him and choked him around the neck. Victim had several marks around

his neck.

  

June 25 

  

Victim on Strong Lane stated that the suspect took her vehicle

without permission.

  

Victim stated that the suspect came to his residence on Linsey Rd.

and busted out a window and took several items.

  

Suspect was arrested at Walk the Line for a warrant after a short

struggle with officers.

  

June 26 

  

Victim stated that an unknown suspect took his PlayStation 3 from

his residence on Injunction Rd.

  

Victim on Sandhill Rd. stated that an unknown suspect has been

beating on the side of her trailer at night.

  

Victim on Fowler Rd. stated that the suspect broke the windshield

of her vehicle.
