Summer Meal Program announced

   Emanuel County School System will participate

in the USDA’s Summer Meal Program again this summer.  The program

will provide meals free of charge at participating sites to all

children 18 years of age and younger.   

   Dates and approximate times of service for each participating

site are listed below.

   Emanuel County PreK Center, Jefferson Street,

Swainsboro:  Dates of service are June 13 – June 30, Monday through

Thursday; breakfast will be served 8:00 – 8:30 a.m.; lunch will be

served 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.

   Swainsboro High School,  689 S. Main Street,

Swainsboro.  Dates of service will be June 13 – June 24, Monday

through Friday. Snacks will be served at 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. 

   Participating children will receive free meals.  There will be

no registration requirements.  For more information, call Linda
