Sheriff’s Report for June 1, 2011

Emanuel County Sheriff’s Deputies reported:
May 23
Victim stated that an unknown suspect broke into her residence
on S.W. Railroad Ave. and stole multiple items.
Victim on Kemp Rd. stated that her neighbor’s dog keeps getting
loose from it’s chain and chases her children.
Victim stated that an unknown suspect damaged her mailbox on
Briarcliff Rd.
Victim stated that while she was traveling on Fairground Rd., an
oncoming vehicle moved into her lane and she moved over to the
shoulder and struck a mailbox.
Victim struck a turkey while traveling on Hwy 80 East causing
moderate damage to the vehicle.
Victim stated that an unknown suspect broke the glass out of the
side door of her residence on Miller Bailey Rd.
Caretaker of the victim’s property on Condor Rd. stated that he
saw two unknown suspects leaving the property. Multiple items were
missing from the property.
May 24
Victim stated that the suspect entered his vehicle while it was
parked at Caraway Quick Stop and removed several items from it.
Victim on Marylynn Dr. stated that the suspect threatened him
with a knife and pushed his stepson.
Victim struck a deer while traveling on Hwy 1 S. causing
extensive damage to the vehicle.
May 25
Complainant on Hwy 1 N. stated that the suspect was in the
bedroom with his 14 year old daughter.
Victim struck a deer while traveling on Hwy 1 S. causing
moderate damage to the vehicle.
May 26
Victim stated that the suspect broke out the windshield of her
with his fist while on Scuffletown Rd.
Witness stated that the suspect was trespassing on the victim’s
property on N. 2nd St. Suspect was advised not to return without
the landlord present.
Victim stated that an unknown suspect stole a trailer from his
residence on Trent Tyler Rd.
Victim stated that she parked her vehicle in the Criders parking
lot and when she returned the windshield was cracked.
Victim on Gar Rd. stated that the suspect came to his residence
and started an altercation. Victim stated that he has a restraining
order against the suspect. The suspect has been following him
around and sends e-mails to his cousin containing vulgar
language.
May 28
Victim stated that the offender jumped on top of his vehicle
while on Leopard Dr. and began beating the vehicle and broke out
the back window.
Suspect was arrested on Kemp Rd. for disorderly conduct.
May 29
Victim stated that an unknown suspect stole his handgun from his
residence on Hwy 297.
Victim struck a deer while traveling on Hwy 56 N. causing slight
damage to the vehicle.
Victim struck an owl while traveling on Hwy 221 S. causing
moderate damage to the vehicle.
Victim stated that the suspect shot several times in his
direction while he was swimming in the river near the Griffin Ferry
Bridge.
Victim on Blundale Church Rd. stated that the suspect has been
calling his phone and harassing him. The suspect thinks that the
victim has been seeing his wife.
Victim stated that an unknown suspect stole several items from
her residence on Lake Luck Dr.
While the subjects were traveling on Hwy 4 N., the driver’s side
mirror of each subjects vehicle hit the driver’s side mirror of the
others.
May 30
Victim stated that an unknown suspect stole a two ton air
conditioner and cut the copper pipe off of another at a building
his doing work to on Hwy 56 S.
Suspect was arrested for no insurance after failing to stop at
the four way stop at the intersection of Old McLeod Bridge Rd. and
Cowford Bridge Rd.
Victim on McKenzie Dr. called 911 due to her daughters fighting
at her house. One was charged with disorderly conduct and arrested
and the other was taken to Emanuel Medical due to chest pains and
was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.
Victim on Owen Bailey Rd. stated that the suspect called and
threatened to kill him.
Victim on Billups Rd. stated that she saw a shadow in her yard
and someone shined a light.
Victim on Bonnie Blue Lane stated that he was working at the
edge of their property line when suspects dogs charged his dogs.
The dogs began fighting and victim and witness was trying to break
them up. When they got the dogs apart, the suspect charged the dogs
with a knife and stabbed one of them in the side. Victim then
pushed the suspect back with his hand, telling him not to hurt the
dogs. Suspect made a threatening gesture, holding the knife back
like he was going to cut the victim. Suspect admitted to stabbing
the dog.
May 31
Victim went to her property on Foskey Rd. and someone had taken
the control panel for the well pump from the block house.
Victim on Farm Circle Rd. stated that the suspect placed
threatening messages towards him on Facebook.
