Damien McKenzie celebrates 3rd birthday

Damien McKenzie celebrated his 3rd birthday with his cousin, Ayden McCain, on October 18 at the Community House in Summertown. Damien turned 3 years old October 19. Helping Damien celebrate were his parents, Chris and Frances McKenzie; grandparents, Jerry and Sandra Griffin of Swainsboro, Steve Wilson and Joy McCain of Summertown.

Other guests were family and friends, Brittany McKenzie; Josh, Lori and Taylor Fortier; Parker, JD, Augusta, and Ayden McCain; Don and Jade Drew; Stephanie Corella; Don and Eleanor Hayslip; Clay, Niki, and Lanie Hayslip; Donna and Jennifer Drew; Cole Nasworthy; Donald Lee and Jeanie Hooks; Justin and Kaybri Hooks; Haleigh Brown; Joann and Stanley Smith; Aaron and Gene Boyden; Ashley, Dylan, and Reid Jackson; Megan and Madison Henry; and Mr. Kenny Mills.

Guests were served hotdogs, chips, dip and drinks. Damien’s birthday cake was a 3D “Monster Truck” cake, baked and decorated by Monique Howard of Swainsboro. The delicious cake was served with ice cream.

Throughout the day guest enjoyed being entertained by bouncing in the Sponge Bob Bouncer. As guests departed they received “Monster Truck” goodie bags and they filled them with candy from the “Monster Truck” piñata. Damien received many nice gifts.
