Said property is the same as that conveyed by a Warranty Deed dated April 29, 2005, from Sonya L. Brown to Glenda S. Grimm, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court in Deed Book 246, pages 519-520.

WHEREAS, said Deed to Secure Debt was executed to secure a Note of even date therewith, in the original amount of $19,534.83, with interest thereon as set forth therein, together with all other indebtedness of the borrower to the lender then due or that might thereafter become due, or thereafter become contracted, which was or would be evidenced by a note or notes, all as shown by said Deed to Secure Debt recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel County Superior Court, in Deed Book 246, Pages 521-524; and

WHEREAS, the debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due, because of among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.

WHEREAS, notice has been given as required by O.C.G.A. §§ 44-14-162 through 44-14-162.4 (Michie 1982).

NOW THEREFORE according to the original terms of said Deed to Secure Debt and the laws in such cases made and provided, the undersigned will expose for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed to Secure Debt from Glenda S. The above described tract of property is the same as that conveyed from Martha Sheila Gillikin to William Shawn Gillikin by Warranty Deed which is dated August 15, 1991, and is recorded in Deed Book 103, page 439, Candler County records.

TRACT FOUR

All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the 1734th G.M. District of Candler County, Georgia, and 1560th G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing One Hundred Forty-Fourt and Fifty-One One-Hundredth (144.51) acres, as shown by actual survey made by Frank J. Ford, Surveyor, dated May 21, 1960, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Candler Superior Court, in Plat Book 1, page 278, and bounded now or formerly as follows: North by the lands of Clyde Wimberly; East by the lands of J.M. Smith Estate; South by the lands of William V. Gillikin; and West by the lands of Mrs. Lillie Mitchell. Said property is the same as Tract 7 conveyed by Executor’s Deed from the Estate of Mary R. The above described property is the same as that conveyed from Jessie L. Dodson Gillikin to William Shawn Gillikin by Warranty Deed dated July 22, 1998, recorded in Deed Book 160, pages 388-389, Candler County Records.

The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby

declared due and payable in full by reason of default under the provisions of said Deed to Secure Debt and the terms of the Promissory Notes secured thereby, and sale will be made for the purpose of applying the proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness and interest thereon, attorney=s fees and expenses of sale, and the balance, if any, shall be applied as provided by law.

To the best knowledge and belief of the Lender, said property will be sold as
