According to Emanuel County Sheriff J. Tyson Stephens, on Friday, May 23, 2008 at around 12:15 a.m., sheriff’s deputies were patrolling in the area of New Street when they observed what appeared to be an illegal drug sale in

    The Emanuel County Board of Commissioners is pleased to receive delivery of the new Caterpillar 140M ditching machine. The machine is used to ditch all the public dirt roads in Emanuel County.
