Miss Savedge, Mr. Woods announce engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Savedge announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Deidre Elaine Savedge, to Raymond Brint Woods, son of Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Woods, Jr., of Meeks.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Scarboro of Meeks, the late Robert Milton Savedge and the late Margaret M. Hudson. Miss Savedge is a 2006 honor graduate of Johnson County High School and is a current student at the University System of Georgia Dublin Center, pursuing a degree in nursing. She is employed by Roche Farm and Garden in Dublin.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Gayle Grant of Meeks and the late Raymond Grant, and Mr. Aaron Woods Sr. of Swainsboro. Mr. Woods is a 2004 graduate of Johnson County High School and currently attends Swainsboro Technical College, where he is enrolled in the electrical maintenance and construction program. He is currently employed with Moye Electric in Dublin.
The wedding is planned for June 7, 2008 at 4 p.m. at Rehobeth Baptist Church. A reception will follow in the church social hall. No formal invitations will be sent.
