ATHENS—Funeral Linda Karen King, 53, was held Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008 at 2 p.m. in the Peebles Curry Memorial Chapel with Rev. Phil Wilson officiating. Burial will be at a later date. She died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2008, at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro after an extended illness.

Margie Hudson Harsey, 83

NASHVILLE, GA.—Funeral for Margie Hudson Harsey, 83, were held Tuesday, Jan. 29 at 2 p.m. in the Nashville First Baptist Church. Burial was in Westview Cemetery. She died Saturday, Jan. 26.

Survivors include her husband, Troy William Harsey; three daughters, Belinda Hendley of Valdosta; Marcia (Kenny) Hughes and Mary (Richard) Surrency, both of Nashville; son, Stanley (Vicki) Harsey of Alapaha; seven grandchildren; a sister, Oceil Turner of Jacksonville, Fla.
