Octopus Macaroni & Cheese

4 OSCAR MAYER Wieners

1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

CUT wieners in half lengthwise with sharp knife, starting each cut about 1 inch from one of the ends of each wiener. Roll each wiener onequarter turn and cut a second lengthwise slice in wiener, again starting about 1 inch from the uncut end. (This will form 4 “legs” of the “octopus.”) Using a small knife or kitchen scissors, cut each leg lengthwise in half, about 1 inch from the uncut end, creating a total of 8 legs in each wiener. Poke 2 holes into the uncut portion of each wiener for the “eyes.” ADD wieners to pot of boiling water and cook as directed on package, watching each wiener turn into an octopus right before your eyes. Meanwhile, prepare Dinner as directed on pkg. SPOON Dinner evenly into 4 small bowls; top each with an octopus.

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine the ground beef, onion, basil, and oregano. Cook, stirring to break up meat, until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain off any excess grease. Add 2 1/2 cups water, the spaghetti sauce, and spaghetti; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring frequently, until the spaghetti is just tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let pan stand, covered, 5 minutes. Season with pepper to taste and serve sprinkled with the cheese. Serves 4.

PB & J Milk Shake

1 cup 2% milk 2 Tbsp. JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

1 tsp. peanut butter

1 Tbsp. jelly, any flavor

POUR milk into tall glass. Add pudding mix; stir several minutes until pudding mix is completely dissolved. Stir in peanut butter and jelly. Serve immediately. Chef Ethan loves PB & J sandwiches.. He recommends putting lots of jelly on two pieces of bread and spreading peanut butter on top of the jelly. He likes it best with the peanut butter in the middle!!
