‘Treasures from trash’ featured at Library

Proof of the saying, “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” is on display at Franklin Memorial Library. Students from Mrs. Dabney Edenfield’s art class at Swainsboro High School have created “Treasures From Trash.” Some of the materials utilized include plastic bags, bubble gum, used Post-It Notes, empty cans, “junk” mail and dryer lint. The exhibit was also part of art displays during the 2005 Arts Emanuel Festival Oct. 1.
